Singer. Songwriter. Recording Artist. Jamie Stever is definitely making his mark on todays country music scene. Originally from Prince Edward County, Ontario and now splits his time between there and Nashville, Tennessee where he works alongside some of the top hit makers and recording artists in the country. Recently performing live on WSM 650 Radio (official radio station for The Grand Ole Opry) as well as The Station Inn in Nashville has opened many doors for this new artists career.
Stever became interested in music at the age of fourteen when his older brother brought a guitar into the house he had borrowed from a friend. It wasn’t long before Jamie got his hands on it and knew that music was his life’s calling. Jamie studied Classical music performance at Cambrian college in Sudbury, Ontario but has moved back to the genre that he loved the most, country music! “From Mozart to Merle” Stever states.
In 2013 Jamie aligned his song “No One’s Stronger Than A Mother” with national charity MADD Canada (Mother’s Against Drunk Driving) and continues to support this cause with his music. He has charted top 50 songs at national radio and been featured in multiple music publications throughout North America.
Jamie’s single “This Life Ain’t For Everyone” was released on U.S. Radio on September 12th, 2016 and earned a respectable spot on the Music Row Charts. Jamie has since has had many live interviews and performances on radio in Alabama, Tennessee, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Kentucky and Kansas.
Jamie has recently released his fourth studio album Life In Love which has been nominated for Four Josie Music Awards -Album Of The Year, Song Of The Year, Vocal Event Of The Year and Social Impact Song Of The Year. Winners will be announced October 27th, 2024 @ The Grand Ole Opry House in Nashville, Tennessee.
